Fabiana Fagundes

ESG Data Analyst

Fabiana Fagundes is an ESG data analyst on the Growth Equity Strategies Team at Loomis, Sayles & Company. In this role, she supports the integration, enhancement and maintenance of all ESG-related team workflows. Fabiana is also the co-chair of the Loomis Sayles Green Council. She joined Loomis Sayles in 2015 as an administrative assistant and was later promoted to portfolio assistant for the global equity opportunities team, where she assisted with ESG research and contributed to the development and maintenance of the ESG engagement database. Fabiana joined the Growth Equity Strategies Team in 2023. Previously, she was an accounting, marketing and public relations coordinator at the Safar Group, where she assisted with accounting, implementation and production of marketing materials, and event planning. Prior to this, Fabiana was an executive assistant at Braver PC and a logistics coordinator and financial controller assistant at Quint Wellington Redwood. She earned a BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design and holds the Investment Foundations Certificate from the CFA Institute.
